Respect for Others
- Treat all residents, staff, and visitors with dignity

Cleanliness & Housekeeping
- Keep your bedroom neat and clean
- Clean up after yourself in common areas
- Dispose of trash properly
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Keep TV, music, phones, and conversations low
- Be considerate of fellow residents
Visitors Policy
- Visitors must be approved and signed in
- Visiting hours apply — no unauthorized overnight guests
- Residents are responsible for guest conduct
Safety First
- No weapons of any kind on the property
- No illegal activity permitted
- Report maintenance or safety concerns immediately
Substance Policy
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited
- Possession, use, or distribution results in immediate action
- Residents must comply with all community standards
Curfew & Accountability
- Curfew: 9:00 PM (unless otherwise approved)
- Notify staff when leaving for extended periods
- Accountability supports community safety
Property Care
- Respect all furnishings, appliances, and facility property
- Residents may be financially responsible for intentional damages
Smoking Policy
- Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas
- No smoking inside the home — strictly enforced
Important Notice
Violation of any house rule or community expectation, no matter the severity, will result in immediate removal from the program.
